LVT Number: #31522

The FDNY issued two violation notices to landlord for failing to install a test pipe/valve on a residential sprinkler system and failure to arrange a residential flow test for the sprinkler system. After a hearing, the ALJ fined landlord $775. Landlord appealed and lost. Landlord claimed it wasn't initially aware of the violations because no one was in the building. But landlord presented no proof that the violation wasn't in effect on the date of the summons.
