Landlord Falsely Certified Correction of Violations

Landlord claimed it had sold the building in January 1996 and asked the court to dismiss the case. The court ruled against landlord. HPD claimed that the false certification occurred in 1995, before landlord sold the building. HPD could proceed with the case against landlord.
