Landlord Didn't Pay Settlement Amount

Tenant sued landlord in small claims court. Tenant and landlord signed a settlement agreement in which landlord agreed to pay tenant $1,750. Landlord didn't pay, and tenant entered a judgment against landlord. Landlord appealed and lost. Since landlord didn't comply with the settlement agreement, tenant was entitled to enter a judgment for the amount owed.
