Landlord Didn't Clean 18 Inches into Street

LVT Number: 13377

DOS issued a violation notice to landlord for not cleaning in front of the building. Landlord claimed that the building's super swept and cleared debris a number of times each day. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined it $50. Landlord appealed and lost. The violation notice stated that there was a large amount of garbage in front of the building on the day in question. So it was unlikely that the area had been swept that morning.
