Landlord Corrected Defects

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on the installation of a new roof. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenants appealed, claiming that the new roof leaked. The DHCR ruled against tenants. When informed of the problem, landlord investigated and found there was a drainage problem related to the gutter. Landlord corrected the defect and was entitled to MCI rent hikes.
