Landlord Can Submit Electrical Inspection Certificate with PAR

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on the installation of a new boiler. The DRA ruled against landlord because landlord failed to submit a Certificate of Electrical Inspection and gas sign-off. Landlord appealed and won. The DRA issued its order on Oct. 3, 2007. DOB didn't issue the Certificate of Electrical Inspection until Oct. 24, 2007, and issued the gas sign-off on Oct. 10, 2007. Landlord submitted copies of these governmental approvals with its PAR. All other supporting documents had been submitted with landlord's original application.
