Landlord Can Evict Tenant's Granddaughter for Illegal Drug Activity

Landlord presented proof that the police obtained a warrant to search the apartment and recovered 37 Ziploc bags containing marijuana, a digital scale, and $7,230 in cash. The arresting officer stated that the marijuana was packaged for sale in dime bags. Tenant's granddaughter was arrested and later pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor drug charge.

It didn't matter whether tenant knew or should have known about the illegal drug activity since landlord had previously stipulated that any judgment of possession wouldn't be enforced against the 100-year-old tenant, who had since passed away.
