HPD Violations Irrelevant

LVT Number: 8101

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA found that the building's lobby camera, washing machines, extermination services, and resident superintendent weren't being provided. The DRA reduced tenant's rent and directed landlord to restore services. Landlord subsequently applied for rent restoration, stating that services were restored. An inspection confirmed this, and the DRA restored the rent. Tenant appealed and submitted an HPD computer printout showing violations for the same conditions. The DHCR ruled for landlord.
