LVT Number: 19366

Tenant complained of a reduction in services based on decreased gas service. Landlord answered almost two months later, stating that gas service had been interrupted, but was now restored after extensive repairs to the overhead gas risers in the basement. The DRA dismissed the complaint. Tenant appealed, claiming there had been no gas service for six months. The DHCR ruled against tenant. Service had been restored at the time the DRA ruled on tenant's complaint. The complaint was properly dismissed.
