The court ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant showed good cause to vacate the warrant. Tenant had lived in the apartment for a long time, had acted promptly to get public assistance, and was prepared to pay all back rent. Under these circumstances, the warrant should be vacated.
