Landlord sued tenants for nonpayment of rent, and got an eviction warrant from the trial court. Tenants asked the court to delay execution of the warrant, and the court agreed. Landlord appealed, and the appeals court ruled for tenants. The trial court didn't abuse its discretion by delaying the eviction warrant.
