Eviction Delayed After DSS Approves Payment of Rent Arrears

The court ruled against tenant, who appealed and won. Tenant was a long-term rent-stabilized tenant and showed that DSS had approved payment for the full amount of the back rent owed. The eviction was stayed to allow tenant to pay the arrears.
