Disabled Tenants Can't Delay Eviction

LVT Number: 14349

Tenants mother and son, both disabled, sued to get a delay of execution of an eviction warrant. The court ruled against tenants. Disabled tenants were entitled to protection under the Fair Housing Act, would be harmed by eviction, and probably couldn't find similar housing. But tenants had no defense to the eviction.
