DHCR Inspection Showed No Kitchen Defects

Tenant complained of a reduction in services in her apartment, based on a number of claimed conditions in her kitchen. The DRA ruled against tenant, based on its inspector's report. Tenant appealed, claiming that the DRA's order was in error. The DHCR ruled against tenant. The DHCR's inspector found that the kitchen sink drained properly, the kitchen floor was in normal condition, the refrigerator and freezer temperatures were adequate, and there were no odors coming from the kitchen or anywhere else in the apartment.
