Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The court ruled for landlord and found that tenant owed $4,575 in back rent. Tenant appealed, claiming that the court incorrectly calculated the amount of rent owed. The appeals court ruled against tenant. Nothing in the lower court's record supported tenant's claim that the lower court's calculation was wrong.
