Court Denies Appointment of 7-A Administrator

LVT Number: 15279

Tenants sued landlord and asked the court to appoint a 7-A administrator to collect rents and make repairs at the building. The court ruled against tenants. The conditions that tenants claimed were dangerous had been removed or fixed. Landlord also showed that he was denied access for some repairs. And complaining tenants didn't make up one-third or more of building occupants, which is required to make a claim for a 7-A administrator.
