County Omitted from Certification Caption

The DOB issued a violation notice to landlord for not properly maintaining the building's elevator. Landlord sent a certificate of correction to the DOB, but the DOB wouldn't accept it because landlord didn't state the county in the certificate's caption. The ALJ fined landlord $150, and landlord appealed. The ECB upheld the violation, but revoked the fine. No fine is warranted for omitting the county name from the caption on the certificate of correction.
