Cost of Replacing Lintels Included

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on the installation of new windows. The DRA ruled for landlord but disallowed any increase for the cost of replacing lintels. This work was done in connection with the window installation. Landlord appealed and won. Since this work was done in connection with a qualifying MCI, landlord was entitled to an additional rent increase.
