Chronic Nonpayment of Rent

Landlord sued to evict tenant for chronic nonpayment of rent. Tenant claimed that he had had health and employment problems that caused him to pay rent late. He also claimed that he now had a salaried job and that his health was better. The court ruled for landlord but delayed execution of the eviction warrant. The court said it would hold a hearing to determine a payment schedule for tenant for a certain time period to see if he would start paying rent on time.
