Ceiling Collapsed in Tenant's Apartment

Tenant sued landlord for negligence. Tenant was injured when her apartment ceiling collapsed. Landlord claimed it wasn't told of any defective condition and asked the court to dismiss the case without a trial. The court ruled against landlord on this issue. Neither side had submitted sufficient proof to make a ruling. A trial was needed to determine the facts.
