Building Owned as Corporation

Landlord applied for permission to evict rent-controlled tenant to recover apartment for occupancy by landlord and members of his immediate family. The DRA ruled against landlord, and landlord appealed. The DHCR also ruled against landlord. Landlord applied under his name, but the building was owned and managed through a corporation. So landlord didn't qualify under rent-control regulations to recover the apartment for owner occupancy.
