Bathroom Sink Repaired

LVT Number: 16542

Tenant complained of a reduction in services based on an inoperative bathroom sink. Tenant claimed the sink didn't work for one month before landlord fixed it. But tenant admitted the sink had been fixed before he filed his complaint. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Since the repair was made before the complaint was filed, it was properly dismissed. Tenant also complained that landlord, a cooperative, now also required shareholder approval before making repairs. But this isn't a reduction in a required service.
